Recipe - Crunchy Chick Peas

The following is great added to a rice salad, as a topping for a green salad instead of croutons or as a snack.

  • Drain a can on chick peas (garbanza beans), and put in a bowl
  • Drizzle with Olive Oil and stir to coat
  • Sprinkle with paprika and stir to coat
  • Season with salt a pepper
  • Cook on a baking tray at 400F/200C for about 20mins
  • Can serve hot or cold
