YummyCinnamon-Raisin breakfast biscuits

Just made them this morning. We all loved them. Here's the recipe to try, it's quick and easy.
8oz firm silken tofu
1/4 c apple juice
1c whole wheat flour
1 c all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c walnuts, chopped (optional)
1/4 c raisins
1/4 c maple syrup
Preheat oven to 450F. Oil baking sheet. Blend tofu until smooth. Blend in apple juice and maple syrup. Transfer to a mixing bowl and set aside.
Sift together the other ingredients and fold into the tofu mixture. Gently stir in the walnuts and raisins.. Turn dough onto a lightly floured board and form into a ball. Roll out dough to a 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with a cookie cutter ( I used a slim drinking glass). Using a pastry brush glaze with some syrup if you wish. Bake for 12 minutes.
